A Small Notice
Last Saturday morning I came across a SMS as below:
(because my dad does not sms me usually, duh)
I am not sure if people will fall into this scam when they receive such SMS but I hope this small notice will help to remind people to read carefully and think twice when they come across with such notification via sms, email, or phone call, and make sure to stay calm and find out whether the content is true.
Ni ayah guna fon polis, tlong bgi credit maxis RM50 ke nombor bru ayah 0128103692 Ayah lgi ada msalah kat balai polis. Ta payah call. Sekejap bru ayah call. --- from +60178943978Obviously, this is a scam.
