Hello China!

It was a 5-hour journey to reach XiaoShan International Airport. Thinking that it would be a shorter journey, we did not book any meal on flight. So it ended up we were de-hydrated and starving by the time we reached there. Immediately dropped by McDonald and enjoyed our first meal in the airport, wow! the french fries and grilled chicken burgers were so delicious! Service at the counter was good, and I noticed there were only female staff working at McDonald.

We then took a shuttle bus to town area and headed to Hangzhou Train Station. Along the bus journey there were a lot of houses/apartments, standing block by block at both sides of highway, with large area of plants and flowers. It's very scenic, I wonder if they make the plants and flowers for agricultural purpose or sth else. As we went nearer to the town area, there were more constructions of skycrapers of offices and residences. First step into Hangzhou town area I was terrified by the traffic system. Cars, motors, and bicycles were everywhere. Pedestrians were walking everywhere too, and the honking by motorists never ends. It was so challenging for us to cross the roads. I wasn't used to their pace and didn't understand their lifestyle yet.

We managed to buy CRH train tickets to Shanghai station. Got ourselves into the waiting area, walao! it's so crowded! We realised the fact that China's population is so huge that there will be a crowd everywhere, especially in town/ big city.Waiting for the train made me anxious. Too many passengers were there waiting, some spit, some coughed, some were having their cup noodles, and lots of them were smoking. One thought in my mind was "It'd be very fast for a virus to spread here", and I didn't have any mask with me...
