Ever since the first charity marathon I took part in, I told myself that I needed to buy a pair of running shoes. It hurt when I ran with my canvas shoes last time, and I don't want this happen again for future marathons that I will be joining.
Went to look for Nike running shoes. And wow, running shoes has evolved so much that the design has become so sophisicated! The latest tagline for Nike running shoes sounds cool, "actually, it's rocket science." After browsing many running shoes, I kinda like the nike+ designs with extra gadget of apple which you can read your running data via running badge, iphone or ipod touch. Even ipod nano can read the running data but you will need to buy an extra sensor for the nano. (I am not sure if the 5th gen of nano needs the extra sensor or it already has a built-in though.)
I made up my mind buying Nike Run Avant+ as it's the most comfortable for me among the rest I have tried on. I have bought this new pair of running shoes for months but have not been running often lately. I still want to pick up running as my habitual exercise and hope I won't be lazy and find more excuses to not run or jog in my taman. Take this as my another resolution for year 2010, shall I? ;)

so nice! i want to get some running shoes and an additional more fashionable sneakers! hahaa. but didnt find anything still.
